Click Open Item > click Add > enter Details > click Item > click Price > change Variable Price > click Apply
Note to correct assign the right fields for Open Items :
Select the relevant Category and Sub Category of Open Item
Item Name
Item Price
Tax Settings of Item (WARNING : Please set correctly or it would affect your final count)
Kitchen the item is mapped to
Additional Settings > Allowed for Takeaways / Delivery / Discountable
