After Send item > click Fire
Send Item will send the summary to the Kitchen. Fire will then tell Kitchen to prepare which Item / Course to prepare

OPTION 2 : FIRE ITEM WITH INSTRUCTIONS
Click Fire > select Item > enter instructions > Fire
Choose which Item(s) and add Instructions where required to communicate with the Kitchen

OPTION 3 : FIRE INSTRUCTIONS TO KITCHEN
Click Fire > enter instructions > Fire
To directly communicate with the Kitchen for special instructions
